HomeSafe Georgia is a program that provides temporary mortgage payment assistance for Georgia homeowners who have suffered a hardship, such as unemployment, underemployment, medical, death in the immediate family, or loss of income due to active duty military orders. If you are approved for assistance, HomeSafe Georgia will assist with your mortgage payments for up to 24 months.

Preventative financial evaluation and counseling helps consumers avoid improper money management and credit use through individualized counseling and education. Clients will learn to reconcile income and expenses by allocating funds each month for both regular and periodic expenses.
Through credit counseling and debt management plans, CCCS can help consumers identify solutions for credit card debt and other pressing financial obligations.
As a HUD-approved comprehensive housing counseling agency, we offer three types of housing-related counseling services: Pre-Purchase Housing Counseling, Foreclosure Prevention Counseling, and Reverse Mortgage Counseling.
Community Educational Programs are offered as an important community outreach tool. These programs, centered around topics such as credit management, budgeting, and “consumer beware” issues, offer participants the opportunity to learn and thus become better managers of the financial aspects of their lives. Our programs are easily adaptable to your time schedule or audience, and they are typically free of charge.
